- 1/3 cup pure honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Beef
- 800 g thinly sliced rump steak or sukiyaki-style cut
- 1 large white onion finely sliced
- Cooking oil of choice
- Cooked rice as needed
- 1 tsp sesame oil
