Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 2 scoops of Herbalife protein drink mix
  • 2 scoops of formula 1 protein protein powder
  • 2 tsp of white chocolate syrup Sugar free
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp dried cranberries
  • 6 white chocolate chips sugar free

Instructions
 

Step 1: Mix the Dry Ingredients

  • First, grab a mixing bowl. Combine 2 scoops of Herbalife protein drink mix with 2 scoops of Formula 1 protein powder. This creates your protein-packed base.

Step 2: Add the Wet Ingredients

  • Crack an egg into the same bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar-free white chocolate syrup and 1/2 cup of water. Stir until you achieve a smooth batter.

Step 3: Incorporate the Add-Ins

  • Next, fold in 1 teaspoon of dried cranberries and 6 sugar-free white chocolate chips. This step ensures that you get a burst of flavor in every bite.

Step 4: Transfer to a Mug

  • Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug. No need for greasing. The batter should fill about 3/4 of the mug, leaving room for it to rise.

Step 5: Microwave It

  • Pop the mug into the microwave. Cook on high for about 1 to 1.5 minutes. Keep an eye on it. You’ll know it’s done when it rises and firms up.

Step 6: Let It Cool

  • Remove from the microwave. Allow it to cool for a minute or two before diving in. This helps enhance the flavors.

Notes

  • Don’t Overmix: Stir until ingredients are just combined. Overmixing can make your cake dense.
  • Adjusting Sweetness: If you have a sweet tooth, add a little extra white chocolate syrup.
  • More Protein: Want even more protein? Add another half scoop of the protein powder.
  • Texture Variations: If you like a denser cake, use less water. For a fluffier texture, add a little more.
  • Additional Toppings: Feel adventurous? Top your cake with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few more white chocolate chips after microwaving.
