Step 1: Prepare the Spice Mixture

Step 2: Season the Salmon

  • Place the salmon fillets on a plate and pour the spice mixture over them. Use your hands to rub the mixture onto each side of the salmon. Be generous here; this seasoning is crucial for the flavor.

Step 3: Fry the Salmon

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets to the skillet. Fry each side for about 5 minutes or until the salmon is crispy and golden brown on the outside. The skin will separate easily, revealing tender, flaky fish inside.

Step 4: Flake the Salmon
